Hey people, just so you know that HARD TO THE CORE boys are not just a bunch of monkeys jumping around . We DO lift weights and we lift heavy. For example bench press. Here is Josh, my training partner and the biggest proponent of HARD TO THE CORE, he is on 185kg with 190 strongly in his view within the next 2 weeks and 200 within 2 to 3 months tops.

As well as any other progression, this one starts with a very basic choice, appropriate for the beginners. If you find even that difficult, it can be done in a simplified manner, but it's a different story.


You don't have to go that low, or you might use something for support.
